Syriatel is proud to offer to its subscribers the possibility to roam in Saudi, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey and UAE without the need to pay high deposit.

For additional information and subscription, please dial 1414 from any Syriatel Line.
Also, a deposit of 15000 SYP paid at any Syriatel Point of service is required.


ZONE ROAMING PACKAGES
1- Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey (one package)
2- Saudi Arabia (one package)
3- Dubai (one package)

* One package means that once you activate the service, you will be able to use it within the same
chosen zone.


For Postpaid subscribers
This service enables all Postpaid subscribers to roam on any of Syriatel’s partner networks around the world through sending and receiving SMS only.

-To activate the service before leaving the Syriatel network, Just send an SMS to 1415 with the word Act
-To deactivate the service upon returning to the syriatel network , Just send an SMS to 1415 with the word Dea
An SMS will be sent to you to inform you that we received your request, then another one to confirm activation/ deactivation of the service.

Subscription fee


The monthly subscription fee for the SMS roaming service is 50 SYP and will be added to your bill upon activating the service.

No deposit fee is required for the SMS roaming service. The price per SMS sent differs according to the host country tariff.

Subscription cancellation
The subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancellation is done either, through the customer service number 111 or by visiting any of syriatel point of service


لمشتركي خط سيريتل اللاحق الدفع
يسر سيريتل أن تقدم لمشتركي الخطوط اللاحقة الدفع خدمة رسائل التجوال  التي تمكنهم من إرسال و استقبال الرسائل القصيرة أثناء وجودهم في إحدى الدول التي ترتبط معها سيريتل بعقود تجوال دولي

- لتفعيل الخدمة قبل مغادرة شبكة سيريتل ، يجب إرسال رسالة قصيرة تتضمن كلمة تف أو بالأجنبية Act  إلى الرقم 1415
 -لإيقاف تفعيل الخدمة بعد العودة إلى شبكة سيريتل،  يجب إرسال رسالة قصيرة تتضمن كلمة إلغ أو بالأجنبية  Dea إلى الرقم 1415
  سيتم إرسال رسالة تخبرك بأنه قد تم استقبال طلبك ورسالة أخرى أنه قد تم تفعيل الخدمة أو إيقاف التفعيل.

كلفة الاشتراك
 كلفة الاشتراك الشهري في هذه الخدمة 50 ل.س تتم إضافتها إلى الفاتورة بعد القيام بتفعيل الخدمة.لا يحتاج المشترك لدفع أي مبلغ تأمين عند تفعيل هذه الخدمة .تعرفة  كل رسالة مرسلة أثناء التجوال الخارجي تحتسب وفقا لتعرفة الشبكة المضيفة.

 إلغاء الاشتراك
 يبقى الاشتراك بخدمة رسائل التجوال جاريا حتى يتم إلغاء الخدمة عن طريق الاتصال برقم  خدمة المشتركين 111 أو زيارة  أحد مراكز خدمة المشتركين.
